Brad is Co-Founder and CEO and was instrumental in getting TalentBurst off the ground as a "startup" staffing company with a unique service offering back in 2002. Since then he has built the sales engine at TalentBurst and continues to be the public face at TalentBurst.
Prior to founding TalentBurst, Brad was Vice President of Business Development at Hudson Highland Group (NASD: HSON), a publicly traded spin-off from Monster Worldwide (parent company of Monster.com). At Hudson, Brad spent seven years growing a startup division to a peak of $53 million in revenues before its acquisition by Monster Worldwide. At the time of his departure he was managing hundreds of employees in the US and India. Brad is considered by many as a visionary in the professional services industry. He is often quoted in several industry publications and journals. He holds an undergraduate degree in Economics from Delhi University in India and is a resident of the greater Boston area.
Brian is Co-Founder and COO at TalentBurst. He has been instrumental in building and managing TalentBurst's high volume requisition recruiting teams across multiple locations in the US, Canada and India. His teams cycle through 2000+ requisitions on a monthly basis and have among the highest placement rates in the industry.
Prior to founding TalentBurst, Brian was a Director at Hudson Global Resources (NASD: HHGP), a publicly traded spin-off from Monster Worldwide (parent company of Monster.com). At Hudson, Brian spent 10 years building their service delivery operations in India, Singapore, US. He led the unit to $53 Million in revenues and managing their mid-western US presence from the Schaumburg, IL branch office.
Brian holds an undergraduate degree in Economics and holds two Post graduate diplomas in Human Resources & Industrial Relations and Business Management. He currently lives in the Metrowest area of Boston with his family.
Deep is the CFO. As 'Mr Money' he oversees our accounting, payroll, HR and operations departments.
Before Co-Founding TalentBurst, Deep was a Director at Hudson Global Resources (NASD: HHGP), a publicly traded spin-off from monster Worldwide (parent company of Monster.com). At Hudson, Deep’s responsibilities included: human resources and operations for a $53 Million business unit, leading the mergers and acquisition teams, and the company’s Singapore and India branches.
Deep holds an undergraduate degree in business, accounting and economics from Muskingum College in New Concord, Ohio. He currently lives in Boston.
Namrata is Senior Vice President and celebrated her 10 year anniversary in January of 2015. She was initially hired to support new client acquisition and business development needs. Since joining, her role has morphed to managing our single largest MSP relationship and supports close to 25 Fortune 500 end customers.
Namrata has also been intricately involved in the successful launch and expansion of TalentBurst PEO, providing payroll management and 1099 worker consolidation services.
Prior to TalentBurst, Namrata worked in various brand management and sales management roles both here in the United States and overseas.
Namrata holds an Undergraduate degree in Advertising and Public relations from the University of Mumbai, India and a Graduate degree in Global Marketing Communications from Emerson College in Boston, MA.
JP is a highly respected and well known Staffing Executive providing contingent talent strategies to the world's largest technology companies on the West Coast. He is a 2 time President's Club Winner and has over 20 years of demonstrated experience in sales, new business development, client relationship, account management, & service delivery.
JP considers himself a true partner to his clients by leading his teams in delivering proven strategic talent acquisition and consulting solutions. He currently resides in the East Bay Area with his wife and two children.
Kevin is Vice President of Business Development at TalentBurst and supports some of our larger financial services and hospitality customers. Prior to TalentBurst, Kevin worked as a Practice Manager at STJ and Comsys. During his career he has won numerous awards and has been both a star recruiter and account manager.
Kevin currently resides with in a suburb of Boston with his family.
Joy is Vice President of Operations and Diversity. In addition to managing the Operations of TalentBurst, as part of the leadership team, she is responsible for partnering with new and existing customers and helping them grow and meet their diversity initiatives. Joy also manages a portfolio of TalentBurst’s MSP and non-MSP strategic relationships.
Joy brings a professional Operations background encompassing a diverse and challenging experience directing cross-functional teams (Onshore and Offshore) in support of companies and Global client programs up to and including $500 million in spend. She has been instrumental in building multiple MSP programs, implementing innovative technology solutions and is a recognized partner in the industry.
Craig is the Senior Vice President of Global Finance at TalentBurst and oversees all accounting and payroll activities, as well as other various areas of the company. He celebrated his 10 year anniversary with TalentBurst in 2017. Craig joined TalentBurst at a time when it was significantly smaller after leaving his career in public accounting where he focused on business and individual tax preparation, and various other financial services. In his free time Craig enjoys golfing, reading and time at the beach. He currently lives south of Boston with his family.
Kay is Vice President of Sales and brings nearly 20 years in technical staffing and contingent workforce management. She is responsible for business development and new client acquisition. Kay’s area of expertise includes Independent Contractor (IC/1099) compliance and payroll, Risk Management, and Global Contingent Workforce Management.She has been instrumental in building multiple organizations and is a recognized expert on the complexities of worker classification and 1099 validation.
Kay has spoken at multiple events focusing on various employee/employer-related topics, such as co-employment, exempt versus non-exempt employees, and employment misclassification.
Kay began her education at the University of Alabama in Birmingham and continued it in California at the University of Phoenix where she graduated with honors, earning a bachelor’s degree in business management.
As a leader in her industry, Kay has also garnered several employer-awarded honors for exceptional performance.
Heather is Director of Human Resources, North America at TalentBurst and supports all our internal and consulting employees in the US and Canada.
Prior to TalentBurst, Heather was an integral part of the contingent talent acquisition MSPs at two different Fortune 500 corporations and also one of the most prominent universities on the West Coast.
Heather is very experienced within different areas of Human Resources including wage and hour policies, compensation, recruitment, employee motivation and feedback, dispute resolution, communication, benefits and training. She is a California native but currently resides in North Carolina with her family.
Chetna is Canada Country head for TalentBurst and manages day to day functioning of all operations. She has 10+ years of experience in the staffing industry developing new business relationships, managing contingent workforces and supporting internal operations. Prior to her career in staffing, Chetna held various positions within Finance helping employers with preparing budgets and balancing their book of business.
Chetna holds a Masters Degree in Commerce from India and is a CPA (Charted professional accountant), CMA (Certified management accountant) from Ontario, Canada. She lives in the Greater Toronto Area with her family.
Jamie is the Director of Strategic Partnerships for the global contingent labor, direct hire, as well as global and high hazard payroll divisions.
She started her career in the staffing industry at Adecco as a Light Industrial Recruiter and since then has served as an Information Technology Recruiter, Account Manager, and Manager of Strategic Partnerships for other suppliers all leading to her current role at TalentBurst. Her primary responsibility is to work with potential clients and Managed Service Providers to showcase how TalentBurst can be of service as a supplier in a multitude of verticals globally. Jamie has been instrumental in growing the TalentBurst client base.
She is passionate about building new partnerships, maintaining current ones, and has consistently fostered strategic relationships in her time at TalentBurst. Jamie is based in Ohio along with her husband and dog, Liam.
Ekta is a seasoned human resources and benefits administration veteran and a key member of TalentBurst India. Prior to TalentBurst she was a senior HR leader working at some of India's largest corporations. As an integral part of TalentBurst India Ekta wears many hats and is responsible for internal recruitment, strategic planning, policy formulation, retention, compliance, and performance management. She resides in Gurgaon with her husband and daughter.
Bart Centauro is TalentBurst’s corporate counsel and oversees all legal, regulatory, and compliance issues for the company and its affiliates. Prior to joining TalentBurst, Bart worked for multiple regional law firms for over a decade, focusing on employment law, real estate, and other legal areas in state and federal courts, and he was named a SuperLawyers Rising Star from 2014-2018 in recognition of his work. In his spare time, Bart is an avid baseball and soccer fan and fundraises for the March of Dimes. He lives in southeastern Massachusetts with his family.
